INTRODUCTION By accessing or placing an order with Supply City, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. For the purposes of this Agreement, the terms "We," "Us," and "Our" refer to Supply City. "Products" and "Goods" refer to all items available for sale on our website, including but not limited to plastic and paper products. "You" and "Your" refer to you, as a customer of our site.
DELIVERY We ship products across the United States, excluding P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We also facilitate shipments to freight forwarding companies that can deliver internationally.
Our standard delivery method is via UPS or FedEx Ground. There are no handling fees; shipping costs are calculated based on weight at checkout. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days, with an estimated delivery time of 1-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you via email or phone. Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate, as we cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
PAYMENTS We accept major credit and debit cards for online payments, utilizing secure encryption technology to protect your information. By placing an order, you confirm that all payment details provided are accurate and that you have the authority to make the purchase. We also accept wire transfers upon request, with orders being processed after the payment has cleared (this may take 3-5 business days).
FRAUD PREVENTION To prevent fraudulent transactions, we require that your billing address matches the address on record with your payment provider. Orders with different billing and shipping addresses may be subject to additional verification. We reserve the right to cancel any orders that we suspect to be fraudulent. In such cases, we will notify you and may request additional identification. If fraud is suspected, we will report the details to the appropriate authorities.
